Verified pilot record of the session that produced RN-006
The pilot Process Log documents the session that produced RN-006: from an opening question about AI and creativity, through the emergence of the adaptation hypothesis across three model branches, to critical review, a provenance conflict resolved layer by layer against primary transcripts, and formal human sign-off. The log passed through six working versions, recorded and corrected its own reconstruction errors, and closed as a verified pilot record. Its central finding: reconstruction is never identical to process, and only primary records settle disputes.
